Central monitoring for the whole fleet: VictoriaMetrics with push agents and a token per server, blackbox probes of sites and certificates, logs in VictoriaLogs, Telegram alerts. On top — my own control plane in Django and React: a project registry with passports, /deep-health/ polling, availability timelines, incidents and an audit log.
What I did
- Sole author: 158 of 158 commits
- ~85 servers, ~70 projects, ~190 services and ~320 domains with DNS and TLS checks
- Hardware monitoring: IPMI, SMART, RAID, fans, GPUs
- A /deep-health/ standard with a Django reference implementation, rolled out to a dozen projects
- Passports of 69 of 70 projects drafted by parallel read-only AI agents with a secret-leak check
- A status wall on a 98-inch screen and alerts routed to Telegram forum topics
