Instead of a copy in every project — shared services with a key per project, quotas and usage accounting: a LiveKit SFU with TURN for video calls, OSRM routing for Uzbekistan behind an APISIX gateway, MinIO S3 on several sites with one standard for buckets and policies, Keycloak for single sign-on, a private Docker registry.
What I did
- LiveKit + TURN with per-key usage dashboards
- OSRM behind APISIX: a key, quotas and metrics per project
- MinIO: buckets, users and quotas provisioned by scripts
- Moved sobor.uz from a cloud S3 to my own MinIO: 66k objects
